The VMX chassis is an exercise in compact functional space management and keeps a true-to-life look of a full-scale 450cc moto-cross bike. Covering up all that work would be a shame if it wasn’t for a very detailed and realistic looking body set styled after contemporary 450cc race bikes.

The VMX 450 has a unique trap door style locking battery compartment that will accommodate many different 2 Cell Lithium Polymer battery packs.  To top it all off, a highly detailed Neocell foam rider figure completes the package. Venom has spared nothing to create this scale, yet functional specimen of engineering.

The latest VR3T 2.4Ghz 3-Channel fully programmable radio system controls the VMX 450, while a powerful V Series 540 4800kV class brushless motor puts the power to the ground via the miniature steel roller chain. To top it all off, the VMX 450 has an 80A waterproof brushless ESC, so wet weather conditions are never a concern.

Note: The Venom VMX 450 is optimized to run on a 2-Cell Lithium Polymer (LiPo) battery pack. Due to the high power demands of the VMX 450, Nickel Metal Hydride (NiMh) batteries should not be used. The use of a 3-Cell LiPo battery pack will destroy the stock motor and will void the products warranty.
