Captains Curse joins the growing ranks of officially licensed Monster Jam vehicles from Traxxas. With body styling taken from a 1940s era Willys pickup truck, Captain’s Curse sports a head-turning red and black colour scheme with pirate motif. This scourge of the seaways is, in fact, firmly land based, other than when it’s launching through incredible jumps as it races around a prepared course of dirt and obstacles.

Power is supplied by a Titan 12T 550 modified motor with internal cooling for smoother running. This is coupled to an XL-5 waterproof electronic speed controller that features EZ-Set push button set-up and the choice of three power modes (Training/Sport/Race), so you can fine-tune control as your skills grow! In fact, all of the Captain’s onboard electronics are waterproof, so you can run pretty much anywhere you want to without worry. Water, mud and snow.

The Captain’s oversize beadlock-style wheels and grippy tyres give it an incredible 102mm of ground clearance, allowing for serious rough road action without hang-ups! And finally, we have the body shell, supplied pre-painted and finished from the factory in distinctive Captain’s Curse livery, so all the hard work is done for you!
