Delivery Information

Free Delivery
If your order total is above £99 then it will automatically be eligible for Free Delivery, this is usually provided by our courier service (please note this excludes Saturday and Sunday). This delivery option however applies to orders only in the UK Mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Channel Islands). Free Delivery is also processed using our express Next WORKING Day service. If you wish to have your goods delivered on a Saturday we do provide this option as premium and is available to choose at the checkout. See Saturday Service below for more details.

Delivery service and Cut Off Time
We try to make the delivery process as simple as possible and for security reasons can only ship to the cardholders registered address.

Delivery times are calculated in working days Monday to Friday. If you order after 12.30pm - the next working day will be considered the first working day for delivery. In case of bank holidays and over the Christmas period, please allow an extra two working days.

Unless otherwise stated on the item description, we always endeavour to dispatch UK Mainland orders the same working day on a next working day delivery service for orders valued above £99, if ordered before 12.30pm Monday to Friday. However any goods ordered after 12.30pm on Fridays or over the weekend will not be dispatched until the following Monday.

All other orders will be processed to be delivered withing the 3 working days service, but sometimes due to high order volumes and demands please allow 5 days before contacting us. Where possible we will attempt to contact you via telephone/email if we become aware of an unexpected delay. If you wish to have your items shipped out to you sooner please select the Express Shipping service option at checkout.

All small orders are sent out via Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class service (upto a certain value) we will send out more valuable goods using Royal Mail Recorded signed for service. If you miss a delivery a card will be left to advise you to pick up your goods from the local sorting office.

Each item will be attempted to be delivered twice. Failed deliveries after this can be delivered at an extra cost to you or you can collect the package from your local courier depot or post office collection point.

Saturday Service
If you wish to have your goods delivered on a Saturday we do provide this option as premium and is available to choose at the checkout. Please note: for this service to be applicable your order must be placed before 12.30PM on the Friday (day before delivery). If you select this service after the cut off period there is not guarantee on this service, that it will reach you in time and you will still be charged the full premium.

Delivery Times
We use a next WORKING day delivery service as standard within the UK Mainland for orders above £99 (excludes Saturday and Sunday), standard delivery in Europe is 3-5 working days. We also offer express and timed delivery services for an additional cost (displayed during the checkout process). Please call for more details if you need help with this.

Tracking details can be provided for most items. Please be aware that once an item is dispatched from our warehouse, it is out of our control, as we rely on third party courier services to get your goods to you on time. Due to this we cannot guarantee delivery times, regardless of what delivery option is used.

Please note a next working day delivery however, cannot be an absolute guarantee of service. It represents the standard we aspire to achieve on goods marked as such. We will not pay compensation or refund postage should your delivery arrive late.
